MissionMakr.com helps you create, manage and communicate short-term trips through 5 types of roles.

Large churches and organizations may use all Mission Team roles (MissionCreatr, MissionMakr and MissionMovr). For small to medium sized churches and organizations, the MissionCreatr has the rights to do everything.

  • Arrow_down

This person signs up for the free account and establishes the organization. He/she has full access to add users and roles, create, manage, delete trips and purchase credits.

  • Arrow_down

This person is added by a MissionCreatr to create and administrate trips. MissionMakrs have complete access to the trip they create including the ability to add users and roles below them, create, manage and delete trips.

  • Arrow_down

These people are added by a MissionMakr. In most cases, they are closest to the short-term trip. They have rights to add/edit and delete content and administrate users (MissionMembrs and MissionSupportrs).

  • Together, the MissionCreatr, MissionMakr and the MissionMovr(s) form what we call the Mission Team.

  • This is the person going to the mission field on your short-term trip. He/she becomes a Pending MissionMembr by signing up via the Sign Up Widget where your trip application is stored. After downloading and completing your application, and completing whatever "trigger" your trip requires, e.g., giving a deposit, MissionMembrs move from Pending to Approved by a member of the Mission Team.

  • This is the person (family member, friend, church member) who signs up in order to follow the trip once it departs for the mission field (called the GO! phase). MissionSupportrs sign up via the "Follow the Trip" Widget in Launch where they become a Pending MissionSupportr. They are required to be approved by a member of the Mission Team in order to receive their password and access GO!. MissionMembrs have their own widget in GearUP to invite and automatically approve MissionSupportrs because they already know them!
